... por Amanda Seyfried, um caso sério de infatuation para estas bandas, no próximo de Catherine Hardwicke, a realizadora de Twilight. Rezam as crónicas que este Red Riding Hood tem um toque twilightiano mas com tons mais negros. Parece-me muito bem. Gary Oldman, Virginia Madsen, Julie Christie e Lukas Haas também dão um ar da sua graça, e a cereja no topo do bolo poderá bem ser o co-protagonista, de seu nome Shiloh - só por isso tem a minha atenção. É ver:

absolutely stunned by this incredible film. saw it twice in the theater, truly gripping and captivating.

i am not on facebook, and i resisted seeing this…but i was surprised at how much i enjoyed the story. the acting and pacing were both really impressive too. i really noticed the score for the first time in a movie in a long time. thought it was all done very well.

Sara suggested we see this one night. She had already seen it and so the fact that she wanted to see it a second time bode well for us all. tilda swinton is a lioness. it was beautiful and moving and flew by in a second.”

Another sara pick. she’d already seen this one too. it was depressing as shit but beautifully shot, acted, written, directed. nice to see such a strong female lead.

i wanted to like this one more than i eventually did but I’ll take what i can get when it comes to gay content. thankfully this movie was much more about parenting and alternative families than being gay. it could have been because i saw it on a plane but there was no sex. seriously?

We were in Denver and it was raining and i decided to go see this alone. im glad. i think it would have been weird to see this movie with anyone. liam neeson, amanda seyfriend (woah) and julianne moore are all PERFECT in this movie. i have always really enjoyed atom egoyan films and this didn’t disappoint in anyway. i thought it was equal parts haunting and beautiful. it stayed with me for weeks. i literally went home and googled amanda seyfriend a thousand times.

Totally had no idea what to expect when i went to see this. i laughed and oooh and ahhed in the theater. brilliant. fascinating.

I started following joan rivers on twitter after I saw this movie. i laughed, i cried, i cringed, i googled post viewing. its fascinating even if you’ve never had any interest in joan rivers. there are some pretty fantastic moments in this movie. touching and reality at its best.

Saw this the other day. they show movies months later than they are released in america in new zealand. it was beautiful. i like beautiful. i like George Clooney. a few times i felt distracted by him. i loved his love interest. she was distracting too. i wished he talked more. otherwise. i liked it.

Neste meu recente mergulho no mundo fashion, cheguei à conclusão que os bad pretty boys da música afinal não são assim tão bad: não se pode dizer que se tratem mal ou que sejam pouco exigentes. Ora diz que o mocito dos Kings of Leon, Caleb não-sei-quantos, se embeiçou por Lilly Aldridge, uma supermodelo daquelas que lhes basta desfilar para a Victoria's Secret...

... e o insuportável vocalista dos Maroon 5, Adam Levine, com a sua supermodelo Victoria's Secret Anne V...

Dei por mim a ver com atenção revistas de moda, e até a comprá-las (!), a reconhecer modelos em publicidade (Freja Beha às tantas aparece em duas seguidas numa só revista) e a reconhecer nomes fotografados na rua (a minha Cat). Dei por mim assídua espectadora do Fashion TV, passe a publicidade, e até na runway já reconheço caras. Por exemplos:

Abbey Lee, 20 e tais (cota portanto), australiana, best friend de Cat McNeil mas agora diz que anda mais grudada na toda-poderosa e omnipresente Freja - tá tudo maluco na esperança que sejam mais que amigas. Whatever...

Karlie Kloss, 18 anitos, americana.
Anja Rubik, uma das veteranas, eslovaca. Diz que já rodou Freja. Whatever...
Frida Gustavsson, sueca, 17 anitos coitadita. Tão fofa... fiquei encantada com a moça depois da encantadora entrevista na Fashion TV. Os fóruns andam doidos com a amizade com Jac, uma outra super modelo polaca e de 16 anitos coitadita - parece que não se largam. Yeah right...

Ok, ando um bocado obcecada pela moça, ao aperceber-me do turbilhão que é, ao ficar de boca aberta com alguns trabalhos fotográficos que tem feito e depois dou de caras com isto... Esta foto, para quem não está por dentro do assunto, é incrível. McNeil regressa aos grandes eventos, depois de um hiato, supostamente, motivado pela separação da Freja. Ora bem, se repararem bem na moça que a fulmina (no bom sentido) com o olhar lá atrás é nada mais nada menos que Freja. Heart-breaking. Quase. I find those eyes sad.
